Umar Attacked the House of Fatimah, the Prophet’s Daughter

A Sunni Scholar Admits the Raid on the House of Fatimah (a.s.)

Hasan ibn Farhan al-Maliki in Qira'ah fi Kutub al-'Aqa'id: al-Madhhab al-Hanbali Namudhajan, p46
“I previously believed that the raid was fabricated and unauthentic, until I found strong chains supporting it, including what Ibn Abi Shaybah transmitted in al-Musannaf through an authentic chain from Aslam, the freedman of Umar, and other reports. However, it was not as exaggerated by the extremist Shia, nor as denied by the extremist Hanbalis.”
